1 General Terms & Conditions

By using ceo bed (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ceo bed.

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the latest update will always be shown at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail. However, the full document is provided in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with ceo bed, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any account found to be in violation will be closed immediately.
• Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.
• All details provided at registration — including your name, address, date of birth, and mobile number — must be truthful and accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• Ceo bed may request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

Identity Verification (KYC) Process

KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal from ceo bed or after reaching a certain betting threshold. You'll need to submit a clear photo of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. The verification process is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

3 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to placing bets on ceo bed:

Bet Acceptance

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Always double-check all details before placing your bet — the team, market, and odds. ceo bed reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.

Odds Changes

In live betting, odds can change from moment to moment. The odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final. If the odds improve after your bet is placed, the updated odds will not apply.

If a match is cancelled

If a match or event is cancelled before it starts, your stake will be refunded to your account. If a cancellation occurs after a match has begun, a decision will be made based on the circumstances, and ceo bed's decision shall be final.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳50 (BDT fifty)
• Maximum bet amount: set per market and event, viewable in your profile
• Multiple bets on a single event are allowed, but limits may be applied if unusual betting patterns are detected

4 Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Ceo bed supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. However, certain important payment rules must be followed.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (BDT two hundred)
• Deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are usually credited instantly
• Bank transfers may take 1–3 banking days to process
• No service charge on deposits — every penny you send is credited in full

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (BDT five hundred)
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours (business days)
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (to prevent money laundering)
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

If a suspicious transaction is detected, ceo bed reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete. This is done to protect you and all members of the platform.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ceo bed regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: A specified amount of betting is required before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Typically, wagering the bonus amount 5–20 times makes it eligible for withdrawal.
• Validity: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the validity period has passed.
• One offer, one use: Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times may result in account suspension.
• Market Restrictions: Some bonuses may be restricted to specific betting markets or game types.
• ceo bed's decision is final: In any bonus-related dispute, ceo bed's decision shall be considered final.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ceo bed and may result in account termination as well as legal action:

• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts
• Attempting to hack or carry out any cyber attack on ceo bed's systems
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a minor
• Deliberately exploiting weaknesses in the platform's odds or systems (arbitrage abuse)

Ceo bed uses advanced security technology to monitor suspicious activity. If any prohibited activity is detected, we reserve the right to take action without prior notice.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Ceo bed may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Where there is evidence of a breach of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• At the user's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• For legal or regulatory reasons

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, the entire balance may be forfeited. ceo bed is not obligated to provide a reason for closing an account, though we will do so where possible.

For inactive accounts, a monthly maintenance fee may be deducted after 12 months of inactivity. Once the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed automatically.

8 Responsible Betting

Ceo bed believes that betting is a form of entertainment — and it should always stay that way. We are committed to supporting the mental and financial well-being of all our members.

• Deposit limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit in advance on how much you are willing to bet within a given period.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel your betting is getting out of control, you can exclude yourself from the platform for a period of 6 months to 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: If you need a short break, you can temporarily suspend your account for a few days.
